The Public Health nurses from Central Montana Health District will be coming to your community to offer the 2015-2016 seasonal influenza vaccination (flu shot). Influenza vaccine is the best protection from influenza and its complications.
FluMist (nasal flu vaccine) is available on a limited basis. You must call our office prior to the clinic day to make arrangements and complete the paperwork for this form of vaccine. Our office phone number is (406) 535-3983. Without your request and completed paperwork for the nasal vaccine, we will not be able to give you this form of vaccine.
We will bill your insurance for you. In order to bill your insurance for the vaccine and administration, you must bring your Medicare or insurance card with you.
We also accept cash or check. If you are writing a check, please make the check payable to: Central Montana Health District or (CMHD). The cost this seasonal injectable influenza vaccination is: $30.00.
